VESO also offers a range of services related to the documentation of vaccines, medicines, feed additives, and biocides for the salmon farming industry. We perform trials on behalf of our customers at our research facility, and large-scale clinical studies at commercial field sites.

The Regulatory Manager will have a crucial role at VESO and will be an integral member of the clinical development team by leading the registration of selected medicinal products for aquaculture in Europe and other global markets. The role requires the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers. The Regulatory Manager reports to the Research Director.

Contribute to the development of new medicines for the aquaculture industry!


Responsibilities and tasks
  • Provide strategic and regulatory advice to our customers on the development of new medicines for aquaculture.
  • Coordinate schedules for the implementation of preclinical and clinical trials, as well as analyze and summarize them.
  • Prepare applications for clinical trials.
  • Drafting and submission of documentation for the registration of medicines for aquaculture.

Qualifications 

  • Preferably, you have education at the master's level or higher in relevant fields such as biology, pharmacy, toxicology, or veterinary medicine.
  • Documented experience in regulatory processes and applications for vaccines or medicines in Europe or other major global markets.
  • Knowledge of European registration pathways (NP, CP, DCP, and MRP).
  • Knowledge of GCP, GLP, and GMP.
  • Knowledge of products for aquaculture will be an advantage.
  • Experience in research and development will be an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written.

For this role, we are looking for an adaptable and proactive person who enjoys working independently. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and customers, although you do not need to be an overly extroverted person to fit into this role. You must also enjoy learning new things and conveying written information in a logical and structured manner.
